Saturday, February 10, 2007 Dear FFi Distributors: Important Announcement about your Back Office: 您可能已經注意到我們已經再次加強後台的功能，我們在後台報表中新增了【下線訂單報表】和【下線退款報表】，因此您可以監控哪些人退貨或是取消他們的會員資格而造成您的獎金被撤銷
As you may have already noticed, we are once again enhancing your Back Office. So that you may monitor why commissions are reversed, and who is returning product, as well as who has canceled their membership, we have added back to your Reports Menu:
the Downline Orders Report
the Downline Refunds Report

Starting on Monday night, we will be adding the new Flush Code. As we turn the Flush Code back on in the US and Canada, you will notice many enhancements, including screen and e-mail notification before points will flush. Remember that in order to remain qualified, and prevent the flushing of your points, you need to maintain 50 PSV (Personal Sales Volume), 100 PSV or 150 PSV, depending on your rank.

To clarify the rank requirement:
You must maintain 50 PSV monthly to remain active, if you are a Regular, Premium, Bronze or Silver member.
\n\nYou must maintain 100 PSV monthly to remain qualified, if you are a Gold member. As a Gold member, if you obtain only 50 PSV this month, you will not earn the Gold (2nd level) Matching Bonus. \n\nYou must maintain 150 PSV monthly to remain qualified, if you are a Platinum member. Once points have flushed, they may not be retrieved. You will not hold points again until you reactivate your position with a qualifying purchase. Once your position is reactivated, you will be able to once again obtain points from your downline. \nThe Genealogy Screen will help you let your personally sponsored members know when they are about ready to become inactive. You will be able to see when the member is within the grace period. This will enable you to contact your downline to help them remain active and keep their points from flushing. \n",1]
